Many such apps have programs that reward you for staying with them. You earn points through purchases of coin packages and/or game play and, in exchange, you move through status levels with ever increasing benefits.

These are different from game levels.
The Double Win app has seven statuses in its VIP program:
- Bronze (all new players start here)
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond
- Royal Diamond
- Black Diamond
Each status above Bronze gives multipliers for coin packages, the Wheel of Fun bonus, all Time Bonuses, VIP points and VIP games.
The Extra Coins benefit means that you receive an additional percentage of coins above the offer in any coin package
The Wheel of Fun bonus will multiply the amount of coins you receive when you spin the wheel in the lower right corner of the app.
The Time Bonus multiplier increases the amount of free coins you receive every few hours.
The VIP Points bonus multiplies the VIP points you receive when you level up so instead of earning the 5 points you get when you’re Bronze you’d get something times that for each new VIP status.
The VIP Games bonus is a mystery. While it says I should have three open to me at Silver I can’t find anything in the app these.
You earn VIP points with most coin package purchases and each time you level up in your game experience.
Going from Bronze to Silver requires 150 VIP points.
You earn 9 points for going from game level 1 to 2 and from 2 to 3 but only 5 VIP points for every game level from 3 to 30 at which point you reach Silver status.
Each $1 of your bet earns you 1 XP point towards your next game level. If you bet the minimum of 5000 coins then each spin earns you 5000 XP points.
I added up all the points needed for every game level from 1 to 30 in order to calculate how many spins one would have to make to reach Silver VIP status.
The total was 175,180,000 which, at a minimum bet of 5,000 coins would require 35,036 spins to complete.
You can speed up your progression by betting more coins per spin, of course.
In addition, at level 11 you unlock the ability to participate in daily challenges. Completing a challenge may give you a double XP reward for four hours which will help you level up more quickly which then earns your VIP points more quickly.
I wanted to see how long it would take to move to Silver so I ran a test playing only the Twins of Poseidon slot.
I started out at the minimum bet of 5,000 coins. After a few big hits I was able bet 100,000 coins. Every now and then I’d move that up to 275,000.
It took just over 2 1/2 hours to reach Silver and I tapped the spin button rapidly to stop the reels (rapid spinning).
Moving to Silver results in getting 10 VIP points each time you level up but as you need 800 points to move from Silver to Gold that means getting through 80 additional game levels with ever increasing XP needed for each.
Unless I win a some super epic wins so I can bet higher it’s going to take way more than just a few hours to make Gold!
